LAHORE – Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz is fulfilling another promise to digitally empower the youth, as the much-anticipated CM Laptop Scheme is set to launch soon.
According to the Punjab Higher Education Department (HED), 110,000 Core i7 13th Gen laptops will be distributed among eligible BS (1st & 2nd Semester) students in public sector universities, HED colleges, and Medical & Dental Colleges across Punjab.

The Punjab Government has announced the CM Laptop Program 2024, aimed at providing 110,000 laptops to deserving students across the province. Here’s everything you need to know about eligibility and how to apply.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the CM Laptop Scheme, applicants must meet the following conditions:
✅ Must have a domicile from any district of Punjab.
✅ Must be enrolled in the 1st or 2nd semester of a BS program at:
- Any Public University / College
- Public Medical & Dental College / University (1st professional – academic session 2024)
✅ Minimum Academic Requirements:
- BS Students: 65% or above marks in Intermediate.
- Medical & Dental Students: 80% or above marks in Intermediate.
🚫 Exclusions:
- Students who have already received a laptop under any previous scheme are not eligible.
- Private college/university students are not eligible for this program.
