- Return Label: We’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
- Return the Product: Securely pack the product and return it using the label provided.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Exceptions to the Return Policy:
Please note, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used or damaged.
- Products that are missing parts or accessories.
- Items that were purchased on sale or clearance.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase:
- If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to your card.
- If you paid using local payment methods (such as bank transfers or mobile payments in Pakistan), the refund will be credited back to your account.
